My body, especially the area surrounding Kyokotsu, was sore from yesterday's rehearsal. A few others were having sore muscles, too. I think that is a good thing: We are working on the parts of the body that are usually not consciously used. We started with the same old Kyokotsu exercises and then examined the power of stretch. Now it has officially begun. The making of RealContact in Finland: "Macbeth, Again!" This production will be a fusion of theatre, contemporary dance, and Japanese drum as an adaptation of Shakespeare's well-known tragedy.
